Saint Amit Ray said “Every moment is auspicious. There is always some magic in it.” You can manifest many things in your life by reprogramming your subconscious mind. He said “Moment and the positive affirmations are the keys to manifestation. Moment to moment non-judgmental and non-attached mindfulness about your intentions and desires are the main formulas for manifestation.”  Here, I discussed how to manifest things by accessing the magic of the moment.

Principle #1: Have a clear intention

Your intention is the key. Intend that your dreams manifest at your will. Manifestation doesn’t require an effort but being focused on what you desire. Intention gives a clear direction to your desire. By being focused, you say to the energy where it should go. Imagine that you’d like to start a yoga studio but your energy and focus would go on being on Facebook and chatting with your friends. While there is nothing inherently bad about that, the thing is that you lack will and force that you need to support your dream. Every desire needs a certain amount of energy to manifest in a physical reality. It requires the light of your soul. This is where focus and intention play a major role.

Principle #2: Accept life as it manifest

The next principle of conscious manifestation is acceptance and embracing change. I don’t mean giving up or attitude saying ‘whatever’. What I’m talking here about is acceptance of your new belief and that it’s true for yourself and you can have it. Just accept that it’s already yours. Don’t focus on reasons why it shouldn’t work out, instead surrender yourself to your desire and fully accept it in your life. Accept that this is what you want and that you want to have it.

Principle #3: Detachment towards results 

You like to control things in your life. This step of detachment is one where most people stumble. You may feel that unless you control, you will not get the results and you are afraid that if  you do not control them then they will not happen. For this reason, you need to practice letting go. If you are too attached to what you want and the final result, and you are obsessed about having it NOW then you are simultaneously saying that you don’t believe that you can have it. Which undermines  creating an unflappable belief. By letting go negative thoughts, you show that you believe that it is already yours. Because only he who is certain of the outcome can afford to wait.

Principle #4: Early morning affirmations

The first hour of the morning is  the most crucial period of the day for manifestation. Affirmations are positive statements that you should say to yourself in the morning. They calm your body, release stress and give you large doses of confidence and happiness. There’s a certain kind of magic in the early morning affirmations. When you first wake up in the morning and open your eyes, say these affirmations to yourself.

  1. I am happy, healthy and secure.
  2. I am beautiful, strong and powerful.
  3. I trust my intuition and I always make wise decisions. 
  4. I am living to my full potential and the universe is filled with endless opportunities for me.
  5. I am self-reliant, creative and persistent in whatever I do.

Principle #5: Affirmations before bed

As all affirmations repetition of words wonders and each re-listen and re-watch will help you to further cement these affirmations into your subconscious mind. This will allowing you to get the most from them. just before you go to bed, take a deep breathe and hold it for thirty seconds and then exhale as slow as you can. Repeat that three times and then begin the following affirmations:

  1. I now enter a place of deep and restful sleep.
  2. Today was a great day and I am happy with what I accomplished.
  3. My muscles are relaxed and my mind is empty and calm
  4.  I release all my thoughts of the day and my mind is quiet and calm.

Moment and the positive affirmations are the keys of manifestation.  Creative manifestation is a big part of being successful.  if you don’t learn to the formulas manifestation and if you don’t move forward, you will be left behind.
